Food and Nutrition to Celebrate Class of 2020

The faculty and staff of the Department of Food and Nutrition will honor the Class of 2020 with a virtual celebration on Saturday, May 9, at 9:00 a.m. Both BS and MS graduates will be recognized for all of their hard work and accomplishments. Family members have also been invited to extend their congratulations.

Healthy Family Meals Project Kicks Off in March

The Department of Food and Nutrition has partnered with Aramark to present the Healthy Family Meals Project. For four weeks, beginning March 2, Community Nutrition students and dietetic interns will sit down for a family meal to talk to the 亚色影库 community. Everyone is welcome, no sign-ups required!

Nutrition and Nursing Faculty Publish Article on Interprofessional Simulation

Pao Ying Hsiao and Nicole Clark, Department of Food and Nutrition, along with Johanna Boothby of the Department of Nursing and Allied Health Professions, recently published 鈥淒eveloping an Interprofessional Simulation with Nursing, Nutrition, and Speech-language Pathology Students鈥 in Teaching and Learning in Nursing.聽

Smoothie Sale, Crock-Pot Cook-Off, Speaker for National Nutrition Month, Sponsored by Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics

The Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics at 亚色影库 have organized several events to celebrate National Nutrition Month in March, including a smoothie sale, the Crock-Pot Cook-Off competition, and a program with a nationally known speaker.
