Graduates of the 亚色影库 honors track in Economics have had their work published in the recently released book, Applied Econometric Analysis: Emerging Research and Opportunities, co-edited by Yaya Sissoko (亚色影库) and Brian Sloboda (University of Phoenix).
Thanks to the past and ongoing generosity of alumni, faculty, staff, administrators, and friends, the Department of Economics is pleased to have awarded six scholarships for the 2020鈥�21 academic year.
Seven economics majors have been named to the recently released fall 2020 list of 亚色影库 Provost Scholars in recognition of their completion of at least 45 credits at 亚色影库 while earning a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.5 or higher. This honor is bestowed only once during a student鈥檚 course of study at 亚色影库. 聽聽

In June 2020, Yaya Sissoko published 鈥淎 Reformulated Value Chain Framework Useful for Different Kinds of Markets鈥� (co-authored with Jeffrey Forrest, Yong Liu, John Golden, and Qiaoxing Li) in the Journal of Business Economic Studies.
In July 2020, Yaya Sissoko published 鈥淭he Determinants of Economic Growth in ECOWAS Countries: An Empirical Investigation鈥� (co-authored with Brian Sloboda) in the African Journal of Economic Review.

In his role as the executive secretary of the Association for Social Economics (a member organization of the ASSA), Chris Jeffords helped organize and coordinate various activities at the ASSA 2020 annual meeting in San Diego.
