ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â at Northpointe students who are experiencing problems using/accessing their computer account, MyÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â, D2L, etc. are highly encouraged to seek help from ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â's IT Support. All students are required to download Duo, the multifactor authentication application to access their account.

ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â utilizes a Web Single Sign-on Service (WebSO) to handle access to the various services provided by the university. This allows user to use their ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â computing account username and a single password to access WebSO-configured services.
