Three Anthropology students participated in the 2021 亚色影库 Scholars Forum, taking home three awards.

Nikki Wilcox (Anthropology/Archaeology, advised by Andrea Palmiotto), Marissa Willson (Anthropology/Applied Anthropology, advised by Abigail Adams), and Gage Huey (Applied Archaeology MA, advised by Palmiotto) presented their research at the Scholars Forum. Madison Cooper, a public health major, advised by Adams, also presented.

Huey's poster, "Skeletons, Statistics, and Social Relationships: Faunal Analysis at the Philo II Village, Muskingum County, Ohio," is part of his MA thesis research. Wilcox's poster, "A Comparative Analysis of Remains at Bermondsey Abbey and Merton Priory," and Willson's poster, "Access and Ideology: Women's Experiences Negotiating Birth Control," both relate to their anthropology honors theses.

Willcox won the College of Humanities and Social Sciences' Best Undergraduate Poster. Huey received two awards: College of Humanities and Social Sciences' Dean's Award for Graduate Research, and College of Humanities and Social Sciences' Best Graduate Poster
