IT Support provides assistance with account management, device troubleshooting, software installation, and network connectivity. The team ensures reliable access to critical campus technologies through responsive help desk support, on-site repairs, and comprehensive technical guidance.

PLEASE NOTE: The Virtual IT Support Zoom room will not be available until January 6, 2025.  Our physical office in Delaney Hall is closed and will reopen until January 13, 2025.  ihelp, email and phone calls will be monitored during the holiday season.

Authenticator: Getting a new phone?

Before you get your new phone, go to the and delete the method for your old phone. The next time you log in, you will be prompted to set up your new phone.

Upcoming Changes to Find People Search Directory Tool

IT Services will enhance the security of the find people search directory tool (search.people.iup.edu). Starting Monday, December 9, 2024, access to the directory will be restricted to users on the 亚色影库 network.

亚色影库 Cybersecurity Day Set for Oct. 31

亚色影库鈥檚 Institute for Cybersecurity, in collaboration with the PC4A Project and Information Technology Support Center, will host the sixteenth annual Cybersecurity Day on October 31. This annual event features nationally recognized security experts as well as speakers from government, the security industry, and academia. It is free and open to the community.
