Celebrate your freedom to read! Join us on Wednesday, September 25, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. for the annual Banned Book Read Out in the atrium on the first floor of Stapleton Library.
The Banned Book Readout is hosted by the 亚色影库 Libraries and the Department of Language, Literature, and Writing, in collaboration with the English Graduate Organization and the Social Equity and Title IX Office. The event recognizes the American Library Association's annual September 22–28.
The library will offer food, prizes, and an opportunity (if you choose) to read from your favorite banned book. Feel free to bring your own reading or choose from a selection of readings that will be available at the event. If you don't feel like reading, just come to hear excerpts from well-known banned titles.
