Continuing our work to meet the critical need of mitigating the transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), effective at 8:00 p.m. today [April 1, 2020], 亚色影库 is following Governor Tom Wolf's stay-at-home order for the commonwealth.
This means that all 亚色影库 employees, unless otherwise directed by a supervisor, should continue to be on leave or continue to work remotely. Employees should not come to their offices or to their campus or sites to work unless they have been told they should report to work when there is a stay-at-home order. All employees in this category have been informed of their status by their supervisor.
According to information from the Office of the Chancellor, any employee designated as critical for on-campus work by the university is not restricted from leaving their home to go to work, regardless of any stay-at-home order that may be issued by the governor. The Office of the Governor also permits international students and students in emergency situations who would otherwise be homeless to remain in university housing, and it permits employees providing life-sustaining services to these students to be exempt from the stay-at-home order. Students and the student housing staff currently living on the 亚色影库 campus have been instructed to remain in their rooms and continue to practice social distancing.
If you have any questions, please contact your supervisor.
I am very proud of the 亚色影库 family and how you have responded to this national health crisis by continuing your work, either on campus or remotely, and supporting our students and one another. I especially want to express my continued appreciation to all who are on the front lines to sustain the health and welfare of our community and who are taking good care of the university. Thank you for your dedication.
