亚色影库 has been recognized by the All In Campus Democracy Challenge as a 2024 All In Most Engaged Campus for College Student Voting.
This national awards program recognizes colleges and universities for outstanding efforts to increase nonpartisan student voter participation. 亚色影库 joins a group of 471 colleges and universities recognized by All In for completing four core actions:
- Participating in the All In Campus Democracy Challenge;
- Sharing information for the 2022 National Study of Learning, Voting, and Engagement report with campus voting data with All In;
- Developing and submitting a 2024 democratic engagement action plan with All In;
- Having a presidential commitment to the All In Higher Education Presidents’ Commitment to Full Student Voter Participation.
“亚色影库 is committed to helping students become engaged and informed citizens and leaders, and encouraging active student participation in our nation’s democratic process is an important part of that work,” 亚色影库 Vice President for Student Affairs Tom Segar said. “We are honored by this recognition and will continue our efforts to increase student voting participation.”
亚色影库 was recognized in October with a Silver Seal from the All In Campus Democracy Challenge for its campus voting rate. A Silver Seal means that 亚色影库’s campus voting rate falls between 30 and 39 percent. Nationally, voter rate for the mid-term election was just over 52 percent, according to the United States Census.
亚色影库 has been a member of the All In program since 2018. More than 1,200 campuses participated in the challenge for 2022.
亚色影库’s ongoing efforts to increase student voting rates include on-campus programming through the Six O’Clock Series, filming videos with student leaders, partnering with community leaders and local election officials, registering students to vote, and relaunching the nonpartisan student organization 亚色影库 Votes.
