Following a national search, 亚色影库 President Michael Driscoll has selected Khatmeh Osseiran-Hanna as the vice president for University Advancement at 亚色影库.

Osseiran-Hanna has done an extraordinary job as interim vice president, setting appropriately high expectations for all of us, working to build teams across the university, and increasing alumni and donor engagement with 亚色影库,鈥 President Driscoll said. 鈥淪he rose to the top of a remarkably strong pool of candidates in our national search for our next vice president, and I am very pleased that she'll be working on behalf of the 亚色影库 family going forward.鈥
Osseiran-Hanna joined the 亚色影库 community in the role of interim vice president for University Advancement on September 11, 2017. During her tenure, the university announced several transformative fundraising accomplishments:
Fundraising totaling $53 million toward a comprehensive campaign with a goal of $75 million (the original campaign goal was $40 million prior to her arrival);
The university's largest-ever one-time gift of $23 million from alumni John and Char Kopchick;
The completion of fundraising for the required Department of General Services' $7 million match to begin construction of the university's new science building with an additional $2 million gift from Tim and Deb Cejka; and
Three $1 million or more gifts to the university.

鈥淚n the few months that I have been here, I am amazed at the strong leadership of President Driscoll and my colleagues, and that of the Council of Trustees, the 亚色影库 Foundation Board of Directors, and the 亚色影库 Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Most of all, working within a community that truly cares about the region and its positive impact on our nation and the globe makes my job all the much easier. There is great momentum at 亚色影库 today, and we have only just begun to Imagine the Unlimited!鈥
Osseiran-Hanna comes to 亚色影库 from College of Staten Island, CUNY (City University of New York). An experienced advancement professional, she has raised $96 million during her career and has experience in a broad range of advancement initiatives, including comprehensive campaigns, board recruitment, development and engagement, as well as alumni and constituent relations.
In her most recent position, she served as vice president for Institutional Advancement and External Affairs and executive director of the College of Staten Island Foundation. During her tenure, the institution completed a $20-million campaign over goal, systemized the reporting structure of the division, and set operational plans for each area for the newly created Institutional Advancement and External Affairs strategic plan.
Prior to her work there, she was the director of Advancement鈥揘orth America and executive director, the University of Queensland in America, Inc. for the University of Queensland. During her work there, she doubled the number of board members, increased alumni engagement by 30 percent, built a pipeline of major and principal gifts, and closed a $1.1-million cash gift from an alumnus in North America and $1.053-million gift-in-kind from a friend of UQ in New York.
At New Jersey City University, in her role as special counsel to the president and vice president for University Advancement, she raised giving by 70 percent in dollars, 30 percent in donors, 30 percent in the average gift, and 200 percent in membership in the $1,000-plus giving group.
