Ramadan, observed by Muslims worldwide, will be from approximately April 23 to May 23 this year. Some of these dates will therefore overlap with 亚色影库's finals week.

During Ramadan, Muslims fast from dawn until dusk every day (this includes water), and celebrations often involve gatherings and prayers late into the night. Increased awareness and further insight into student life, especially during exams, is appreciated.

The actual beginning date each year is contingent on the sighting of the moon of Ramadan, the ninth month in the Islamic calendar. Because Ramadan is scheduled on the lunar calendar, its dates move in relation to the solar calendar. While it has been during the summer for the past several years, it will now take place during the academic year until approximately 2040.
