Dear 亚色影库 Students,

We understand that incidents like last night’s violence are frightening and may cause continued feelings of fear and worry.

Please know that there are many people here at the university and in the community who are trained and prepared to help you to work through your concerns.

In the case that you have an immediate need for mental health support, you can call 9-1-1 or the Indiana/Armstrong Mental Health Crisis line 1-877-333-2470 for help. During the week, the 亚色影库 Counseling Center is available by calling 724- 357-2621 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Walk-in hours at the Center are Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

I want to share with you that the two persons injured during last night’s incident are students. We will work with them and their families to provide appropriate support.

亚色影库 is a community that cares about one another. Your safety and security is our priority, and we continue to look for ways to improve our processes. Because we are a community, we welcome—we need—your help.

If a friend or acquaintance is in distress, please reach out to them and let them know of the resources we have in place to offer help. You can also contact a member of 亚色影库’s Care Team of faculty and staff. This group works as a team to offer appropriate support to students in distress.

If you have information about last night’s incident, please step forward and provide that information to police. You can make reports anonymously or by calling our crime tip hotline, 724-357-2255.

We continue to work with community law enforcement to find those responsible for this incident, and we will update you as information becomes confirmed. As inaccurate information can cause additional and unnecessary confusion, please continue to rely on the official information that comes from us.

Stay safe. Thank you for continuing to look out for one another.

Respectfully,

Dr. Segar
