Show employers you know how to lead and work effectively on a team. It may just win you the job. We also offer a military leadership minor to strengthen the skills at the core of military success.

Many classes you're already taking count toward the minor, so you might only need 3-4 additional classes. Start the minor your first semester to take full advantage of it.

You can earn this minor with courses you're already taking as part of your ROTC and liberal studies requirements.

The military leadership minor is available to military science students from any academic major.

Free Virtual Workshop on Cross-Disciplinary, Team- and Project-Based Experiences

Faculty leaders from National Science Foundation-funded programs at 亚色影库, St. Mary鈥檚 College of Maryland, SUNY Plattsburgh, and Westminster College invite 亚色影库聽faculty, staff, and administrators to participate in a free virtual workshop. The workshop, Preparing the 21st Century STEM Workforce through Cross-Disciplinary Projects, Teamwork, and Professional Skills, will be held Saturday, February 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., via Cvent. This is an ideal opportunity for faculty, staff, and administrators who seek to develop or enhance team-based curriculum and student professional skills. Institutional teams are encouraged to register.
