Become a Haven Project volunteer and attend a monthly content-specific training to be able to assist with tables for that month.
Apply to the Haven Project to become:

A volunteer specialist

A peer educator*

A graduate assistant*

An intern or practicum student
*generally hired in the spring for the upcoming fall and spring semester

Get Involved as a Student Group

Partner with the Haven Project. Sexual violence, domestic/dating violence, and stalking are community problems that require community-based solutions. Student groups play an important role on campus in creating culture, setting standards for appropriate behavior, and supporting students. The Green Dot Student Organization will plan and coordinate fun and engaging activities that creates awareness of the Green Dot Bystander Intervention Program. Reach out to the Haven Project so we can work with student groups who want to be part of the solution.

Request a workshop or presentation for your student group. Workshops—usually ranging from one to one-and-a-half hours—can be presented to groups both large and small and can cover a range of topics related to domestic/dating violence, sexual violence, stalking, consent, and bystander intervention.

Attend a Green Dot faculty/staff training. The trainings cover being an active bystander, barriers to, and how to make our campus safer for everyone.
