Feel like you’re struggling to connect with people? Looking to improve your relationship with yourself and others? Check out the new group therapy options available at the 亚色影库 Counseling Center.

The 亚色影库 Counseling Center will be facilitating two groups this semester: Understanding Self & Others, and Making Connections. Groups will be held in-person at the Center for Health and Well-Being, Counseling Center G-31.

  • Understanding Self and Others, Mondays 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
    • Meet with others and share who you are, learn about yourself and each other while gaining skills and insight to use outside of the therapy room. This is a meaningful way to receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement, feedback, and to learn how to relate to others in a safe and confidential space.
  • Making Connections, Wednesdays 2:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.
    • This group is intended for students struggling to make interpersonal connections, particularly during the current pandemic. This is an opportunity to socialize with other students while learning skills to build a social support system here at 亚色影库. This will be an open group (meaning you don’t need to attend all sessions, just come when you can) and conducted in-person at the 亚色影库 Counseling Center, Suites on Maple East, G-31.
