Get logo

Download the GET app (administered by the Cbord company) OR go to the .

After downloading the GET app, please upload a photo to your GET profile. The photo should resemble a DMV-style picture, but please don't take a photo of your driver's license and submit it. If the guidelines below are not followed, your photo will be rejected:

Student 1
  • Make it a headshot, from the shoulders up (no friends or pets, please!).
  • Try to use a plain background, with any color besides red (so you don’t blend in with the card).
  • No hats—we want to see your face!
  • Glasses are permitted, but not tinted sunglasses.
  • No hand gestures of any kind.
  • No filters, especially social media stickers. This will automatically get rejected, and you will need to submit another photo.
  • You are allowed to smile!

You are able to crop your photo in GET, if needed. If you upload a photo and decide you don't like the photo, you can upload another one before you click on Submit. Once you click on Submit, your photo is sent to the I-Card Office for review. Multiple photo submissions after an approved photo submission will be rejected.

Once the I-Card Office has reviewed your photo, you will receive an email notifying you if your photo submission has been approved or rejected.

If your photo has been approved:

You can move on to Step 3. Please note that your photo may have been further cropped by the I-Card Office to meet I-Card standards. If this occurs, please do not submit the same photo again. Your I-Card photo is only 3/4" x 1", so even if the photo looks a little blurry, it will be fine on your I-Card.

If your photo has been rejected:

Please go back to Step 1 and select a different photo to upload. The email will give a reason why your photo was rejected.
