The anti-spam service in the current 亚色影库 email environment will aid in identifying and handling messages that may be spam.

Email messages identified as spam are delivered to the Junk Email folder on your 亚色影库 email via Office 365 account. Be sure to check your Junk Email folder if you are expecting a message, but you have not seen it yet.

Marking email as Spam or Not Spam

Understanding the Junk vs. Not Junk

From your Inbox, you can mark a message as Junk if you want that addresses identified as Junk. Future email will be delivered to the Junk Email folder.

If you are reviewing the Junk Email folder, and do not want a message to be listed as Junk, mark the message as Not Junk. The email message will be moved to the Inbox, as will any future email messages from that address.

Why can't I receive emails from a .info domain?

Email messages from selected domains can be blocked at the server level. Typically, these are domains that are known to circumvent traditional blocklists.

Currently, all domains that end with .info are blocked.

Exceptions can be made. If you have a legitimate need to exchange email with a domain that is blocked at the domain level, please log in to and enter a ticket. Please indicate the email address and/or domain, and indicate the purpose for exchanging email with this domain.

What are some commonly associated terms with the Anti-Spam service?

Spam

Junk or unsolicited email sent in bulk, or email that is fraudulent.

Content Filtering

The most commonly used group of methods to filter spam. Content filters act either on the content, the information contained in the mail body, or on the mail headers (like "Subject:") to either classify, accept, or reject a message. (Source: Wikipedia)

Safe Senders

A list of email addresses or domains that the user considers acceptable to receive email from and whose messages should not be considered spam

Blocked Senders

A list of email addresses or domains whose messages should always be considered spam, unless the email address or domain is on the safe sender.

False-Positive

The anti-spam service falsely identifies a legitimate message as spam. This happens most often with messages from mailing lists. The domain or email address can be added to the safe sender to prevent this.

False-Negative

The anti-spam service falsely identifies a spam message as legitimate.
