Each year the Language, Literature, and Writing Department invites undergraduate 亚色影库 students who are majoring or minoring in English to enter their writing in the Language, Literature, and Writing Department Undergraduate Writing Contest. Submissions may belong to any of seven categories:
- Creative Nonfiction
- Short Fiction Poetry
- Critical Essay
- Pedagogical Writing
- Plays and Screenwriting
- Workplace Writing (non-pedagogical)
- Innovative writing (hypertextual narratives, literary games, etc.)
Winners in each category receive a prize, a certificate of achievement, and recognition in the Awards section of the Language, Literature, and Writing Department website.
