Indiana County is located just slightly more than hour east of Pittsburgh, with our region dubbed the 鈥淐hristmas Tree Capital of the World鈥 because the national Christmas Tree Grower's Association was founded here. There are still a large number of Christmas tree farms in the area that you may see if you drive in.
Indiana is also the birthplace of actor Jimmy Stewart (1908-1997) and world-renowned opera soprano Ren茅e Fleming. We will celebrate Mr. Stewart by having our opening reception in the .
Indiana is also the home of 亚色影库, founded in 1875 and the largest university in the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. Your host for the conference will be the Lively Arts, the presenting and arts event promotion arm of 亚色影库 and the College of Fine Arts.
