Entrepreneurship and Small Business, Management, BS

  • Focus on the creation and operation of a small business.
  • Develop skills so you can perform several managerial roles and manage several functions in a small business.
  • In addition to the business core, take classes in Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, and Small Business Planning.

General Management, Management, BS

  • Acquire the knowledge and skills needed to manage people in an organization to achieve their goals and make plans work
  • Prepare for eventual leadership roles in both private businesses and nonprofit organizations
  • In addition to the business core, take classes in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Production and Operations Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management.

Human Resource Management, BS

  • Learn both the theoretical and applied aspects of managing the human resources function in organizations, as a generalist or specialist.
  • Gain expertise in areas such as job design, staffing, training, compensation, and performance appraisal.
  • In addition to the business core, take classes such as Training and Development, Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Safety Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Labor Economics, and Compensation Management.

International Business, BS

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of managing global operations in the contemporary business environment.
  • Develop skills in a traditional functional area (finance, human resources, marketing).
  • In addition to the business core, take classes in International Economics.

Sport Management, BS

  • Build a strong foundation through coursework in event and facility management, sport law, sport marketing, sport communication, sport analytics, and sport finance.
  • Get a solid business education through 亚色影库’s Eberly College of Business, with courses including Accounting Principles I, Human Resource Management, Principles of Marketing, and Professional Selling and Sales.
  • Gain hands-on education through two internship courses. Past 亚色影库 students have completed internships with the following sports organizations, along with many other minor league and college athletic departments.

Supply Chain Management, Management, BS

  • Through theory and application, learn how to keep business operations running smoothly and profitably.
  • Focus on production, operations, quality issues, and inventory and capacity management.
