The webinar will be hosted by Asia Wofford, an ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â graduate student who also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Morgan State University. This webinar was created to educate hair salon and beauty product sector personnel about the risks connected with formaldehyde-containing products, as well as the numerous control methods and resources available to identify and eliminate health hazards.
After finishing her master's program in 2022, Asia Wofford will be a graduate safety practitioner. Asia was a very active member in community service in the greater Baltimore City Area prior to her tenure at ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â. Her presentation's purpose is to raise awareness about the health risks that hair salon stylists and students at cosmetology schools experience.
