Online citation/boot payments may be made with Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. In-person payments can be made at the Parking and Transportation Office during business hours. We accept cash, check, money order, and Crimson Cash as methods of payment over the counter. We do not accept unrolled coins over the amount of one dollar. Students will be referred to the Office of Community Standards if they receive five citations for the same infraction.

Student Holds

If your student account is on hold for an unpaid parking citation, please allow up to 24 hours, excluding holidays and weekends, for the hold to be lifted after your account is paid in full.

Boots

If your vehicle has been booted, your account must be paid for in full prior to the boot being removed. To get the boot removed, contact Parking Services, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at 724-357-8748. All other times, contact University Police at 724-357-2141.

Application for Review of University Parking Ticket

All requests for review of a parking citation must be made and paid within five days of receiving the parking citation through your account or through the application for review of university parking ticket site.
