ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â's Government Relations effort strives to foster communication between the university and government officials. A variety of informational resources are available to both members of the university community who interact with government officials and elected and appointed officials.

For ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â Faculty, Staff, Students, and Alumni

For faculty and staff members, students, and alumni, the President's Office can do the following:

  • Assist you in contacting any legislator and facilitate setting up meetings
  • Provide you with addresses, telephone numbers, fax numbers, committee memberships, and biographical information for any legislator
  • Provide you with directions to Harrisburg from Indiana

For Legislative Offices

For legislative offices, the President's Office can do the following:

  • Provide you with the following information:
    • Students who made the Dean's List by county
    • Students who recently graduated from ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â by county
    • Students who have achieved special recognition by county
    • Faculty members who have expertise in particular fields

Directions to State Capitol

  1. Take Route 422 East to Ebensburg.
  2. Go through Ebensburg and follow signs to Route 22 East. You'll be on 22 East for about 15 to 20 miles.
  3. Follow signs to 220 South to Bedford. You will be on 220 South for about 30 miles.
  4. Take the Bedford exit and follow signs to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Follow the turnpike until you reach Exit 18.
  5. Take Exit 18, and follow signs to Route 83 North.
  6. After crossing the Susquehanna River, follow signs to the Capitol.
