Programmatic Reporting is submitted to the funding agency on a predetermined schedule, usually stated in the Notice of Award. This report is on the programmatic progress of your project and may need to follow a predetermined format. Please work with the Post-Award Grant and Contract Specialist (GCS) to submit the report. The Principal Investigator (PI) is the author of the report and the expert on the progress of the project. Most reports must be signed or must be submitted by an Authorized Organizational Representative (AOR). We encourage report submission in advance of the due date so that if there are issues, your report is not late.

Fiscal Reporting is submitted to the funding agency on a predetermined schedule, which is stated in the Notice of Award. This report is submitted by the 亚色影库 Research Institute fiscal team or Grant Accounting. The PI should not submit financial reporting information to the funding agency. Most reports must be signed or submitted by a fiscal representative of the recipient entity (university or RI).

Please refer to the Award Notification for the template or link to the reporting templates. Please communicate with the Post-Award GCS to ensure all reports are submitted in a timely fashion. The Post-Award GCS can assist you with locating templates for reporting, if applicable, and with review of your report. Please remember you may need the assistance of others to submit the report by the deadline; this is especially important during breaks in the academic year.
