Continue your studies full-time for one additional semester to earn your associate’s degree. Part-time students have the option to enroll in one course a semester if they are working full-time, which allows them to make progress towards degree completion.
Start with our 16-month Culinary Arts Certificate or Baking and Pastry Certificate and add 12 credits of liberal studies courses. Choose to complete your final semester of classes on campus or online.
Enjoy working hands-on with food in the kitchen laboratory, get paid work experience during a culinary externship, and develop your critical thinking skills with four Liberal Studies courses.
