亚色影库 uses Microsoft Self Service Password Reset to manage account setup and password resets. This is available for users to perform first-time account set-ups and self-service password resets for 亚色影库 computing accounts.

Registering for SSPR

All users will be required to register a personal cell phone number or email address. You will be prompted to add this information when logging in to your 亚色影库 account.

The first screen of the SSPR setup will note "More information required." Click Next. On the next screen, look in the lower left corner and select Choose a different method. From the drop-down that displays, select Phone. If you do not have a smart device, you can select Email.

To complete the process, follow the prompts to register your phone number or mail. The following video shows the steps after selecting Phone in the above drop-down.

At any time, you can go to the and edit your reset options.

Contact IT Support for assistance if you can no longer access any of your reset options. 

Password Requirements

  • Passwords must be at least 15 characters in length. 
  • You cannot reuse old passwords.
  • Your password will expire one year from the day it was set.

Resetting Your Password

Once you have registered for SSPR, you can use the instructions below to reset your password.

  1. Start by going to a service like My亚色影库. Enter your 亚色影库 email address on the sign-in screen. Enter your 亚色影库 email address on the sign in screen
  2. Click Forgot my password.Click Forgot my password
  3. Your email address should be automatically populated. If not, enter your full 亚色影库 email address. Enter the letters shown to verify your humanity (click the audio icon for an audio challenge) Enter the letters shown or choose the audio challenge button if needed.
  4. Select from your registered options and follow the instructions to verify your identity. Choose a verification option to confirm your identity.
  5. Enter a new password and confirm it. Enter a new password, then confirm it.
  6. Click Finish. 

Your password has now been reset! It may take up to five minutes for your new password to work everywhere. 

After Resetting Your Password:

Please keep in mind that if you just updated your password, you must update the password on any devices that are connected to the 亚色影库 Wi-Fi. You may need to forget the network and set up wireless again.
