The Ida Z. Arms Scholarship for Mathematics is presented to students enrolled full-time at ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â who best meet the following criteria:

  1. Has a declared major in mathematics or mathematics education
  2. Has completed at least 60 credit hours or more
  3. Has earned a 3.0 overall GPA and a 3.0 GPA in mathematics
  4. Demonstrates overall academic achievement

Miss Arms taught at ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â from 1959to 1987. Her activities included advisor to the KME chapter at ÑÇÉ«Ó°¿â, national vice president of KME from 1997to 1981, and president of the National Organization from 1981to 1985.
